    IEEE WIE北京国际女工程师领导力峰会( IEEE WIE BLS 2022)将于2022年9月23-24日在北京举办,大会由IEEE WIE北京分会,IEEE中国代表处主办,IEEE中国联合会、IEEE PCCC女工程师委员会、CSIG女科技工作者委员会、CCF女计算机工作者委员会联合协办。


本届峰会以“多样、包容、打破边界”为主题,旨在挖掘女性成为领导的行为技巧和内在潜质,打破因性别偏见、缺乏支持、自我认知和自身壁垒等因素的制约,推动女性领导力的发展,增强女性自信心,组织构建有力的联盟和合作关系,助力于女性领导力量的崛起。


此次大会共设有9场主旨报告,6大特色论坛,涵盖了科技创新、元宇芯片设计、电力系统、人工智能、遥感等多领域,汇聚了国内外的专家学者、年轻领袖以及各行各业的精英代表,共同探讨新时代下不同领域中的发展潮流,为大家带来一场精彩的视觉盛宴。

个人简介:

刘庆莲,北京女科技工作者协会常务理事,中国科学院自动化研究所高级工程师,中国技术创业协会常务理事、科技成果转化分会秘书长。拥有二十余年中科院自动化领域科研及应用研发经验, 2006年开始专业从事中科院技术转移转化,历任中国科学院自动化研究所技术转移中心主任、中科院中自孵化器总经理、中国科学院北京国家技术转移中心主任等。曾获中国产学研促进会合作促进奖、北京优秀技术经纪人、北京分院技术转移工作组织奖特别贡献奖等荣誉。近年来重点跟踪和服务人工智能、文化科技、医疗健康、低碳环保等技术领域项目。继续深入探索和践行科技成果转化创新模式,全方位推动技术、人才、资本、市场与环境各要素实现深度融合。

Qinglian Liu, Executive Director of Beijing Women Science and Technology Workers Association, Senior Engineer of Institute of Automation of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Executive Director of China Technology Entrepreneurship Association, Secretary General of Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation Branch. She has more than 20 years of experience in scientific research and application development in the field of automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Since 2006, he has been specialized in technology transfer and transformation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. She has served as the director of the Technology Transfer Center of the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the general manager of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Incubator, and the director of Beijing National Technology Transfer Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She has won the China Industry-University-Research Promotion Association Cooperation Promotion Award, Beijing Excellent Technology Broker, Beijing Branch Technology Transfer Organization Award Special Contribution Award and other honors. In recent years, she has focused on tracking and serving projects in technical fields such as artificial intelligence, cultural technology, medical health, and low-carbon environmental protection. She has continued to explore and practice the innovative model of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and is committed to promoting the deep integration of technology, talent, capital, market and environment in all aspects.

葛水英

中国科学院自动化研究所

科学艺术中心副主任、研究员

个人简介

葛水英,中国科学院自动化所科学艺术中心副主任、研究员,北京中科视维文化科技有限公司董事长。兼任中加国际电影节副主席,中国科技文化传播产业创新平台执行副主席兼秘书长,中国戏曲学院客座教授。2000年开始从事虚拟视觉、虚拟现实(VR)及多媒体领域的研究工作,在虚拟视觉技术、创作及内容工业化生产等方向有所贡献。作为艺术与科技领域的交叉型人才,导演多部影视及多媒体作品,作品曾荣获中国电影“华表奖”、中国电视“星光奖”、中国动画学会“美猴奖”、 莫比斯多媒体国际大奖、中加国际电影节“最佳科技奖”等多项国内外奖项。主持多项国家科技项目,先后担任中央文资办文化产业重大专项项目负责人、国家科技支撑计划等多项国家项目负责人。创作出“奇幻光影森林”、“奇幻光影世界”等系列智慧文旅作品并示范应用。

Shuiying Ge, director and researcher of the Science and Art Center of the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, president of Beijing Zhongkeshiwei Culture and Technology Co., LTD. She is also the vice president of the China-Canada International Film Festival, the executive vice president and Secretary general of the Innovation Platform of China's Technology and Culture Communication Industry, and the visiting professor of the National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts.

Ms.Ge has been engaged in virtual vision, virtual reality (VR) and multimedia research since 2000, contributing to virtual vision technology, creation and content industrial production. As an interdisciplinary talent in the field of art and technology, she has directed many film and multimedia works. Her masterpieces have won many domestic and foreign awards, such as "Huabiao" of China Film, "Starlight" of China Television, “Golden Monkey King” Award of China Animation Society, “the Moebius Multimedia International Award" and "Best Science and Technology Award" of China-Canada International Film Festival. She has presided over a number of national science and technology projects, and successively served as the leader of the major special project of cultural industry of the Central Cultural Resources Office, the leader of a number of national projects such as the National Science and Technology Support Plan. She has also created a series of smart cultural tourism works such as "Fantasy Light and Shadow Forest" and "Fantasy Light and Shadow World" and demonstrated their application.

彭玲

个人简介:

研究员、博士生导师;华中科技大学本、硕工学学位,中国科学院大学理学博士学位,2005年毕业留所,曾派送天津滨海高新区科技局副局长(挂职)、历任天津中科遥感信息技术公司常务副总、中科院北京国家技术转移中心主任、住建部数字城市工程中心副总架构师;其他时间均在中科院从事智慧城市空间信息技术应用研究工作。近年聚焦遥感人工智能应用研究,面向森林火灾、山体滑坡等自然灾害监测预警和应急决策支持需求,指导研发了系列高分卫星应急现场信息提取关键技术,如建筑提取、道路提取和水体提取等关键要素信息提取;提出一种基于遥感智能解译基础的时空知识图谱构建模式,实现遥感信息与其他多元灾害应急数据信息有机融合;在多元时空数据检索查询、数据挖掘、语义推理方面开展了深入研究,在应急决策支持中有较好应用前景,是人工智能技术业务化应用大胆尝试。

Ling Peng, researcher and doctoral supervisor, the bachelor's degree and the master's degree in engineering of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and the PhD in science of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. She graduated in 2005 and stayed in the institute. She once dispatched as the deputy director of Tianjin Binhai High-tech Zone Science and Technology Bureau (temporary position). She also has served as the executive deputy general manager of Tianjin Zhongke Remote Sensing Information Technology Company, the director of the Beijing National Technology Transfer Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the deputy chief architect of the Digital City Engineering Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. At the other times, she is engaged in the application research of smart city spatial information technology in the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In recent years, she has focused on the application research of remote sensing artificial intelligence. She directed and developed a series of high-resolution satellite emergency on-site information extraction key technologies, such as building extraction, road extraction and water body extraction and other key element information extraction. She once proposed a spatiotemporal knowledge map construction model based on intelligent interpretation of remote sensing, which can realize the organic integration of remote sensing information and other multi-disaster emergency data information. At the same time, she has also carried out in-depth research on multiple spatiotemporal data retrieval and query, data mining, semantic reasoning, etc. Her research results have good application prospects in emergency decision support, and it is a bold attempt for the commercial application of artificial intelligence technology.
