The TICP series IsoVu™ isolated current probes feature excellent bandwidth, noise suppression, and precision, making them ideal for easy current measurement. Complete electrical isolation eliminates ground loops and achieves extremely high common-mode rejection. In the 1X configuration, the 50 Ω input of the TICP series probes has ultra-low noise of less than 4.7 nV/√Hz, which is perfect for accurate shunt measurements. The probes are equipped with various attenuating tips to expand the differential voltage range. Depending on the shunt used, the probes can handle everything from microampere (µA) measurements in low-power mobile devices to hundreds of amperes in industrial and automotive systems.
With electrical isolation and ultra-low noise design, the TICP series addresses the pain points of current measurement in high/low-power scenarios (such as switching loss of wide-bandgap devices and µA-level power consumption analysis). Its bandwidth, CMRR, and ease of use are significantly superior to traditional current probes, making it suitable for high-demand fields such as power electronics R&D and power supply verification.
